Future Development Plans

• The Operator has carried out 3D Seismic Survey over the Kharsang Oil Field in the year 2012-13 results of which would be incorporated in developing a detailed work plan to target deeper prospects, Tipam and Lower Girujan, by drilling exploratory wells in Kharsang Oil Field. Development drilling is also being planned to further increase the production from Upper Girujan reservoirs.
• The Operator has also established reserve base in the Namsang formation and for evaluation, Namsang testing is being planned in some selected wells. Various production enhancement schemes on pilot basis like, Radial Drilling, Ultra-Short Radius Drilling (USRD) and Stim-Gun Perforation are also under consideration to increase the production from Kharsang Oil Field.
